To kick off New York Fashion Week, Italian luxury jewelry brand BVLGARI threw a private event at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, New York to launch its brand new "B.Zero1 Rock" Unisex Collection. The unisex collection which is an edgy reinterpretation of their classic "B.Zero1" Unisex jewelry collection is the pieces reimagined with pyramid studs made to appeal to Generation Z, which is why the event launch was also to announce Zendaya, Naomi G. Scott, Lily Aldridge, and K-Pop star Kris Wu, who unfortunately was unable to attend due to current health and travel restrictions but joined the event via video conference.
For the grand event, Zendaya styled by her Image Architect LAW Roach picked from the Spring 2020 Haute Couture collections and wore a sheer applique robe jacket, and high waisted pleated trousers from fashion designer Rahul Mishra. Zendaya and LAW are always looking for emerging talent and this is what I love about them.
For shoes, Zendaya deviated from her usual classic pointed-toe pumps and opted for her other favorite which is a high platform open toe sandal. This one is the Jimmy Choo "Max" 150mm Pump. This shoe is no stranger to Zendaya as she has worn the metallic gold and silver versions to the MTV Movie Awards and to the MET Gala. This shoe is a popular choice for red carpet events.
As for the jewels, the obvious choice was BVLGARI, where Zendaya wore the statement necklace called the "The Star Of Venice" Necklace.
