Justin Bieber is allegedly planning on making London his home-away-from-home – and is dropping a cool £108,333 a month on a new pad in North London.
The property was reportedly built in 1910 and has undergone a ton of renovations, thanks to a property tycoon who bought it in 2006 for £5 million, and now boasts a bathroom made from 12 types of Italian marble, a spa, tennis court, a wine cellar and an outdoor pool.
Although we're hoping that he's planning on getting that heated.
The cost of renting the house will be over £1.3 million a year, which begs the question why he doesn't just buy a place in the first place?
It was reportedly put back on the market in 2011 and sold for £25million.
The house is in one of North London's quietest suburban streets, home to aristocrats and foreign diplomats.
Aree Rand, a partner at Knight Frank, told the Daily Mail : 'This is one of the capital's most luxurious homes and offers state-of-the-art facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, tennis court, home cinema and wine cellar.
'Roads such as this continue to hold massive appeal amongst the rich and the famous, and this is one of the few areas in London to offer larger properties with huge, secluded gardens.
The house also offers complete privacy, something essential for someone of Justin's pop star standing.'
Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Justin for comment.
